Every restoration carries a written warranty.

You get a warranty card with the case. If a restoration is physically damaged, show us the card and we remake it.

How it works

From your chair to your chair.

  1. You take the impression, then tell usOne message on WhatsApp. If you know a day in advance, tell us and we will plan the pickup around your list.
  2. We come immediatelyOur own team collects from your clinic, 9am to 9pm, as many rounds as you need. Work on an impression should start the same day, not tomorrow morning.
  3. We make itDesigned and milled or laser sintered in our lab, then finished by hand at the ceramic bench.
  4. The prosthodontist checks itEvery case is seen by a prosthodontist before it is packed.
  5. We deliverBack to your clinic, with the warranty card in the box.

Inside the lab

Step three in full. This is what happens to your case between our team collecting it and bringing it back.

  1. Order receivedCollected from your clinic and logged against a case number you can track.
  2. Technical team reviewThe impression, the margin and the clearance are looked at before anything is designed. If something will cause a remake, you hear from us that day.
  3. CAD designThe restoration is designed to your preparation and your opposing arch, not to a template.
  4. Milled or laser sinteredZirconia is milled on a 5-axis machine. Metal frameworks are built by direct metal laser sintering.
  5. CeramistBuilt up and characterised by hand at the ceramic bench, in Ivoclar.
  6. Quality checkA prosthodontist checks the fit, the contacts and the shade before the case is packed.
  7. DeliveryBack to your clinic, with the warranty card in the box.

Sending us a good case

  • Impression free of drags, voids and blood at the margin.
  • Opposing arch and a bite record, even for a single unit.
  • Shade taken at the start of the appointment, before the tooth dries out.
  • A photograph of the shade tab beside the prepared tooth, in daylight if you can.
  • Tell us the tooth number, the material you want and the date you need it.

NexDent Prosthetics is led by a prosthodontist, MDS in Prosthodontics and Implantology, and a life member of the Indian Prosthodontic Society. He checks every case himself, before it is packed.
